Terms of Service for Happy Bags

• Happy Bags payment is on prepaid basis (Customer will either pay online or upon the first pick up)
• All Prices are in Emarati Dirham & are subject to 5% VAT (100217771300003) as per FTA regulation
• Happy Bags cannot be combined with any other rate card, service & promotions
• Wash and fold cloths will be only washed and folded without any ironing or pressing service on them
• The weight of each Happy Bag service is limited to 10 Kgs Max, any additional weight would be charged on pro rata basis
• We separate White and Colored cloths and wash them separately. Please ensure happy bags does not carry any color fadable items & all items are suitable for wash only (not Dry Clean)
• All Happy Bag laundry is washed at max temperature of 30 to 45 Deg & Tumble Dry, please ensure that the cloths are safe for such handling
• Happy Bags are restricted to only for inner wear, household & Linen items such as (Towels, Bathrobes, Bedsheets, Pillow & Quilt Covers, Napkins, Table Covers, Vests, Lungi, Underwears & Socks)
• Any other items found in the Happy Bags apart from the ones included in the service shall be handled seperately and subject to charges as per general price list

Terms of Service for Prepaid Packages

• All Packages are on prepaid basis (Customer will either pay online or upon the first pick up)
• All Prices are in Emarati Dirham & are subject to 5% VAT (100217771300003) as per FTA regulation
• Prepaid packages cannot be combined with any other rate card, service & promotions & are subject to general price list
• The charges are calculated per piece and not per set (i.e. 2 pieces shalwar - qameez will be counted as 2 pieces)
• Certain items such as Silk, wool, men's suits and evening dress, suit jackets, blazers, long coats & overcoats, dresses (above knee length), pullovers, sweaters, blankets, comforters, quilts, duvets, designer & wedding dresses, Fur & leather items, winter jackets, embroidery items, sofa covers, curtains, carpets & General Items are not included in the Prepaid Package - Type A
• Prepaid Package (Type A) customer would be served only as per normal service levels, special service would be charged @ premium rates or the service preference
• Prepaid Package (Type A) customers with valid package are eligible to enjoy 25% discount on service of above excluded items
• Prepaid Package (Type A) has service validity of 45 days from the date of purchase or first pick up
• Prepaid Package (Type B) has service validity of 60 days from the date of purchase or first pick up
• Platinum Packages under (Type B) has service validity of 90 days from the date of purchase or first pick up

Pickup schedule for Prepaid Packages

• Tourist Package has 1 free pickup and delivery at any day of the week (Except Fridays) as per customers' preference
• All other Packages are scheduled for 4 free pickups (every Thursday) and Delivery (every Saturday)
• Family Package is eligible of additonal 2 free pickups & Bulk (Home) Package is eligible of additional 4 free pickups during any day of the week (Except Fridays) as per customers' preference
• Prepaid Packages (Type B) customers may place a pick up request at any day of the week (except Fridays) with minimum order worth Aed 30 during peak hours and Aed 60 during Off-Peak hours
• Any additional pick up request apart from the free pick up schedules shall be subject to additional convenience charge of Aed 20 (per request)
